For Audi UK, we’re inspiring new levels of customer engagement online.
Working closely alongside Audi’s inhouse digital team and drawing on our expertise in UX, design, content, analytics and development, Salmon is delivering innovative digital marketing solutions while developing and implementing new strategies across a variety of digital platforms.
Salmon’s biggest project to date is yourAudi, offering customers a fully responsive portal where they can manage their account online, register their own Audis, add existing cars, track new orders on the production line, view their models’ full specifications and watch a range of videos specific to their cars.
Supporting the launch of the Audi TT, Salmon has also created a highly successful bespoke campaign page, dubbed ‘TT the third’, which received close to half a million unique visitors in its first 10 months. Using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) we've developed further campaign pages, inspiring more customers on a journey through rich content across web and mobile.
Other new model launches we've supported include the RS 3 Sportback, the all-new Q7, the all-new R8 and the all-new A4 Avant and Saloon. And we've since implemented the Online Finance Calculator and Small Business Calculator which have led to over 6 million personalised and detailed finance quotes for specific models, from both retail and business customers. The introduction of an enhanced Online Service Booking tool has also delivered a 63% increase in service bookings made online throughout its first year.
