Neil is responsible for overseeing the entire business strategy and shaping Salmon’s role in the future of commerce as the market changes and clients requirements grow. Accountable for driving key customer relationships with some of the biggest names in retail and B2B business and responsible for over 750 multichannel experts that help shape client platforms that drive €7.4 billion in revenue annually.
Neil was appointed CEO in 2012 and continues to push the boundaries by innovating and transforming Salmon’s global commerce offering, identifying new acquisition opportunities and ensuring their smooth transition into the Salmon family.
In 2014 Salmon joined the WPP network of companies and in 2017 partnered with WPP’s global digital agency Wunderman to launch Wunderman Commerce. Neil is responsible for overseeing the Wunderman division, with Salmon at its foundation. Wunderman Commerce brings together Salmon’s ecommerce business and Wunderman’s expertise in creative, data/analytics and technology enabled marketing to offer clients an end to end service.
Ever since joining the company in 2001, as Regional Sales Manager, Neil has built an invaluable level of knowledge of the ecommerce industry and Salmon’s clients. By fostering a strong relationship with Salmon’s worldwide clientele and his role on the WPP digital leadership team, he is considered a digital thought leader and has enabled major brands to deliver and integrate enterprise-scale ecommerce and multi-channel operations.
