Salmon's Black Friday Snapshot
With Black Friday in full swing, Salmon, a Wunderman Commerce Company, the global ecommerce consultancy that predicted this year would see the UK’s first £1bn shopping day has the latest results from its Black Friday analytics hub. Here's what we've seen between midnight and midday, which includes a cross section of Salmon's retail clients.
- Traffic sessions between 09:00am and 12:00pm were highest at 39%
- 133% uplift in conversion rate on 2014
- 61% of traffic is coming via desktop devices
- 39% of traffic is coming via mobile devices
Salmon is seeing a general increase in sales and orders throughout the day.
