Retail Week Customer Experience Awards 2015, DFS and Salmon shortlisted

Salmon are delighted to have been shortlisted for the ‘Customer Insight Initiative of the Year Award’ with our client DFS. The project highlights how we helped DFS to use their data more effectively and deliver the ultimate customer experience. The shortlist and different categories can be found here.

The awards will be a celebration of retailers and suppliers who are transforming the customer experience and continuing to make the UK one of the best retail markets globally. One of the judges, Sean McKee commented: “As the competitive bar continues to rise in a retail environment changing at pace, defining and delivering customer experience is at the heart of driving business success.”

Other Salmon clients such as GAME, Sainsbury’s and Halfords have also been nominated – good luck to all of you.
