Finalists at eCommerce Awards 2016
Salmon is delighted to have been shortlisted with our client Domestic & General at the eCommerce Awards for Excellence, which take place on the evening of Wednesday 28th September 2016 in London.
Salmon has been helping D&G develop their new ecommerce platform to cater for their 16 million customer base around the world and cultivate new and innovative ways of selling warranties online. Their brilliant digital business launched on the 15th August 2015 and since then they have been on a journey of change with Salmon that's seen continual development of their online proposition.
As marketing manager I create awareness around Salmon’s brand and digital vision, and as product manager I create awareness of the solutions and products we provide.
Why did I choose to work at Eperium (now part of Salmon)? This company lets me realise my ideas. It inspires me and helps me to be creative.
Working with passionate people is a real bliss. As a ‘digitalist’ I love to be at the centre of what’s happening in terms of innovation and technology and Salmon is that centre. I think that programmatic commerce and data science will be hot items for 2017.
At Salmon, I get a buzz from our creation “Sellsmart”. This is our first true SaaS solution for ecommerce that can be customised. In the future we will be working on creating a solution for PIM/MDM (Product Information Management / Master Data Management) as well.
My 21st Century problem is keeping track of all my passwords. You have to login on everything, everywhere, all the time!
