A huge congratulations to UK and Ireland furniture retailer DFS for its recent success at the UK Digital Experience Awards! Not only did it take home the headline award for ‘Best Digital Experience’, but two additional accolades for ‘Best use of Cloud/Virtual Agents’ and ‘Best Omni-Channel Experience’ were deservingly awarded.
