Salmon has played a major helping Anglian Water streamline services and introduce new applications to support the company’s existing business and exploit new opportunities across regulated and non-regulated operations.

For the 3-year period 1992 – 1995, Salmon held a direct business relationship with Anglian Water supplying resources on a fixed price contractual basis focused upon the company’s billing system. After this time, Salmon was retained by CSC, who recognised the value of Salmon’s knowledge and experience of Anglian Water’s billing systems and previous work relating to RIMS (Regional Income Management System).

Argos' website, developed with and supported by Salmon has been ranked as the second most popular website in the UK, according to IMRG (Interactive Media in Retail Group) and their Hitwise Hot Shops List* which ranks the top 50 UK e-retailers by number of visits.

We have been working with Argos since 2002 and in this time we have developed and enhanced their eCommerce website. We have provided around the clock, service level based application support service and delivered many ongoing enhancements. We chose IBM's WebSphere Commerce Suite MarketPlace Edition (MPE) product as it was the closest fit to our business requirements and the most cost effective solution.
