Salmon Listed in Channel Business Rich List 2006

Sponsored by IT Europa, the list comprises 250 UK companies and highlights those organisations that are setting the pace and evolving new business models to address the dynamic IT marketplace.

The combined sales of the companies in this year's list have topped the £30 billion mark, up from £26 billion last year.

BT Global Services came first in the list with international revenues of £8.6 billion. In second place were IBM Global Services with approximately £2.2 billion. Notably IBM Global Services and Salmon are working collaboratively to implement a new e-commerce infrastructure for the national retail giant Arcadia. This is the first phase of a 5 year contract that Arcadia has with IBM Global Services. Salmon has been an IBM Business Partner since 1993 and regularly subcontracts to IBM Global Services, to help clients to accelerate their e-business initiatives.
