Chris Harvey - Chief Executive Officer

Chris has been Managing Director and CEO since co-founding Salmon in 1989 with Nick Holl. Chris is responsible for Salmon’s overall business strategy. 

Prior to starting Salmon, Chris worked at LRT Business Services, Salomon Brothers and Nomura. 

Chris is a trustee of Andrews Charitable Trust, a charity that helps launch and grow to viability both new charities and those seeking a step change in their development, as well as Advantage Africa, which supports the ideas and work of inspirational people in Africa helping them to overcome poverty and disadvantage.


Jeff Leaver - Chief Operating Officer

Jeff joined Salmon in July 1997 to head up Salmon's immersion into Java and emerging technologies. Today, Jeff is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at Salmon, including the implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives, as well as ensuring that the company is efficient and effective.

Prior to working for Salmon, Jeff has been involved in a number of I.T. related engagements, across a broad range of technologies. His experiences include specialisation in the application of information technology in the Life and Pensions industry sector. Jeff is a frequent speaker at Java related public conferences.


Mike Pring - Finance Director

Mike joined Salmon in 2003 as Finance Director, and is also responsible for Salmon's personnel and facilities management departments.  Previously Mike has held similar positions with ECsoft UK (subsequently acquired by Ciber) and IBM.


Chris Hoskin – Chief Marketing Officer

Chris joined Salmon in 2002 as Head of Marketing. He was made Chief Marketing Officer in August 2007. He is responsible for Sales Development and Marketing.

Previously Chris was Marketing Manager at Actuate (Nasd: ACTU), UK Marketing Manager at Versata (Nasd: VATA) and European Campaign Manager at InterSystems Corp.


Neil Stewart – Commercial Director

Neil has worked at Salmon since 2001 and in his previous role as Regional Sales Manager, developed a deep understanding of customer engagement, enterprise project delivery and technical & commercial partnerships.  Neil is responsible for driving sales revenues from Salmon's I.T. Services portfolio and Salmon’s entrance into new markets and geographies.

Neil has 10 years experience in Sales within the software and I.T. Services industry, having previously worked in strategic management roles at Canon UK.
