Chris Harvey - Chief Executive Officer

Chris has been Managing Director and CEO since co-founding Salmon in 1989 with Nick Holl. Chris is responsible for Salmon’s overall business strategy and has been involved in the start up of Salmon LLC in New York, Salmon China in Beijing and Salmon Asia Pacific in Sydney

Chris is a trustee of Advantage Africa, a charity which supports the ideas and work of inspirational people in Africa helping them to overcome poverty and disadvantage.
 


Jeff Leaver - Chief Operating Officer

Jeff joined Salmon in July 1997 to head up Salmon's immersion into Java and emerging technologies. Today, Jeff is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at Salmon, including the implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives, as well as ensuring that the company is efficient and effective.

Prior to working for Salmon, Jeff has been involved in a number of I.T. related engagements, across a broad range of technologies. His experiences include specialisation in the application of information technology in the Life and Pensions industry sector. Jeff is a frequent speaker at Java related public conferences.


Mike Pring - Finance Director

Mike joined Salmon in 2003 as Finance Director, and is also responsible for Salmon's personnel, HR and facilities management departments.  Previously Mike has held similar positions with EC-Soft UK (subsequently acquired by Ciber) and IBM.


Neil Stewart – Commercial Director

Neil has worked at Salmon since 2001 and in his previous role as Regional Sales Manager, developed a deep understanding of customer engagement, enterprise project delivery and technical & commercial partnerships.  Neil is responsible for driving sales revenues from Salmon's Services' portfolio and Salmon’s entrance into new markets and geographies.

Neil has 10 years experience in Sales within the software and I.T. Services industry, having previously worked in strategic management roles at Canon UK.


Craig Harper-Ashton - eCommerce Director

Craig has been at Salmon since 2002, previously holding the role of Head of eCommerce. He was made Director of eCommerce in December 2009.

Craig is responsible for delivering high quality eCommerce solutions in support of Salmon's eCommerce strategies to which he contributes; spanning business analysis, architecture, design, development & testing.  Prior to joining Salmon, Craig was Technical Director at Reveda Ltd and Technical Director at Logsys Solutions.


Richard Bailey - Director of Application Management and Support 

Richard has been at Salmon for 12 years, previously holding the role of Head of Application Management Support and Technical Services.  Richard's team supports each Salmon client; which span multiple vertical markets and a plethora of technologies and architectures.

 Prior to joining Salmon, Richard was at Bull/Honeywell for 12 years, where his roles included operator, analyst programmer, technical support, team leader & manager. 


Andy Jones - Director of Customer Experience

Andy joined Salmon in 2001, previously holding the role of Front End Lead.  Andy is responsible for building innovative creative solutions and services for our customers, directing a multidisciplinary team covering user experience, usability testing, design and front end development.

Andy and his team are responsible for designing and implementing award winning websites, apps. and services, while understanding the technical constraints of the platform on which their designs are implemented.

Prior to joining Salmon, Andy was at Grass Roots Group (GRG) for 5 years where he held roles as Database Developer and Webmaster, working with clients such as British Airways, Toyota and Peugeot.


Glen Burson - Chief Technology Officer

Glen joined Salmon in 1998, previously holding the role of Lead eCommerce Architect.  Glen is responsible for technology within Salmon and for the delivery of secure, scalable and robust solutions development, in addition to leading the eCommerce Architecture team. 

Glen's goal is to continue to improve the services we offer to our clients in delivering multi-channel solutions that remain scalable and fit for purpose across a fast changing landscape, as well as helping our customers translate technology trends into real business value.

Prior to joining Salmon, Glen was a Senior Software Developer and Consultant developing Client/Server applications across a range of industries.
