Utilities

Salmon has a strong pedigree working with the utility sector.  Our work spans the development and support of solutions that manage customer data, issue customer bills, resolve customer queries, collect revenues and manage bill payments and settlement.  Salmon's customers in Utilities include Anglian Water, Scottish & Southern Energy, and Thames Water.

Where appropriate Salmon works with large Business Process Outsourcers to ensure application support and management, bespoke development and system migrations take place with high levels of service and continuity.
