Graduate Scheme
Salmon's graduate scheme aims to supplement our project teams with ambitious graduates, each of whom have a grounding in technologies such as J2EE, .NET, HTML, Relational databases or subjects such as engineering, physics or applied mathematics.
What we are looking for
We are looking for graduates with a genuine interest in information technology, who want to develop their technical skills and begin shaping their career. Salmon's projects span a myriad of industry sectors, geographies and solution types; and we need people who are prepared to contribute to the Salmon brand as we continue to develop solutions to some of the hardest business challenges out there - for the leading brands in the world.
The graduates we want should have at least one year's worth of commercial experience with strong analytical, mathematical and organisational skills, coupled with a passion for excellence. In return we will offer successful candidates a structured career path enabling a thorough exposure to the full IT project life-cycle and/or exposure to a wide range of support and development activities and technologies. Furthermore Salmon will design a bespoke training program and where appropriate support graduates pursuit of professional qualifications.
