Customer In Focus - Ann Summers

Ann Summers selected Salmon to re-develop their eCommerce platform and websites to help them increase revenue via the internet.

Challenge

Ann Summers were looking to exploit the Internet to extend its worldwide corporate image and philosophies, and present a professional and attractive “shop-front” through which its products and services could be advertised.

Solution

The new Ann Summers site has been developed by Salmon on IBM WebSphere Commerce and integrated with Oracle E-business Suite.   Salmon were responsible for configuring standard software modules, developing bespoke software to meet Ann Summers requirements, integrating the applications, testing and verification. In addition, training, hosting and support and maintenance were also provided by Salmon.
