As a people based business our interview processes are thorough. We need sufficient time to find out more about you and your skills, and you need the opportunity to get insight on us, what we do and our approach to commerce based solutions and I.T. services generally.

Our Recruitment Process
In the first instance you will need to supply us with an up to date C.V. This should clearly set out your personal details (including address, contact number), academic qualifications, skills, experience and your aspirations. Your C.V. will be reviewed by a member of our Recruitment Team.
Should your CV be of interest to us, we will invite you for a one hour, face-to-face meeting with one of our managers. You may then be interviewed a second time, and depending on the role you are applying for you may also be asked to take a technical test or make a brief presentation.
We do not accept unsolicited CV’s or applications from recruitment agencies and/or search firms and we will not pay fees to any such organisations. Additionally we do not run a PSL.
